A dainty and delicious light entree for lunch or dinner. We married our Geraldton Kingfish with some West Australian citrus, fresh fennel fronds, a spike of chilli, and a light splash of orange vinaigrette.

Classic Tahitian Poisson Cru is tailormade as a showcase for our Geraldton Kingfish. The tropical freshness of coconut adds sunshine to the delicious kingfish.
A great choice for a buffet.
Spanking fresh Geraldton Kingfish is finely diced rather than minced; enhanced with little pops pf flavour from baby capers and red onion. Seasoned with soy and Worcestershire sauces and piled onto dainty crackers to make an elegant appetiser.
