Our Yellowtail Kingfish are grown in the natural, oceanic waters of the Indian Ocean, off the coast of Geraldton, Western Australia. Geraldton Kingfish has translucent flesh that is firm, full of flavour and extremely succulent and silky, making it a very versatile fish.
